We have been using FlexMedical since April 2004. We are writing this letter in praise of the wonderful job OCERIS has done during this time. We feel they have one of the top EMRs available. We really have nothing negative to say. Their EMR has increased our revenue by helping us code more accurately. The EMR templates help us to document more thoroughly which improves coding, continuity, and reimbursement. They have even been responsive to ideas we have had to make their software help our office become more efficient. We have not heard of any other EMR companies that are willing or capable of doing this.

Their staff is consistently timely in response to any problems we have had, whether it is hardware or software. It is so simple to make one call if there is ever a problem. Their software is fully integrated as well; offering billing, scheduling and EMR. Physicians are able to track any aspect of their practice at any time. It also has the capability to remote into your office from anywhere that has internet access, e.g. From home, Maui or wherever! You can also use the remote access to view charts of your call partners that use FlexMedical, so you are able to print past medical history in the middle of the night on call. In summary, we have found this EMR to be a valuable asset to our practice.
